This device belongs to high temperature and high pressure device, also toxic and dangerous chemicals production device.Maximum design pressure is 2.0 MPa and design temperature is 300℃.Hazardous chemicals include ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, acrylonitrile, styrene, potassium hydroxide, phosphoric acid, acetone, isopropyl alcohol and nitrogen.The equipment in the device includes centrifugal pump, air cooler, reactor, heat exchanger, tower, storage tank, vacuum ejector, etc.More than 340 pipes need detailed stress analysis in the whole device, and the device layout is compact, which puts forward extremely high requirements for pipe stress analysis, flange leakage check and support setting.

Sensitive pipeline all analyzed by CAESAR II detailed in the design process of this device.Stress analysis includes primary and secondary stress check under multiple working conditions,the leakage of pipe and flange of equipment and variable spring selection, etc.

The use of Hexagon solution greatly improves the efficiency of sensitive pipeline design and check,adjusts the pipeline layout through primary and secondary stress check,optimizes the support design, and provides reference for special support selection.It is beneficial to protect the connecting nozzle of important equipment, effectively meet the requirements of fine design, ensure that the stress of the design pipeline meets the requirements of safe production, provide powerful technical support for the smooth operation of the device, and further improve the satisfaction of the owner to the design process.
