The name CENIT stands for “Center for IT & Digitalization”. CENIT Group is thus an internationally active IT enterprise that markets proprietary and non-proprietary software solutions as well as the associated software consulting and integration. From strategic consulting on digital processes to implementation and operation of innovative technologies, the companies of CENIT Group are our clients’ trusted advisors for digitalization of business processes along the entire value chain. 

Our mission is to shape sustainable digitalization, and to this end we serve more than 6,000 active client companies from a wide range of industries, including automotive, aviation, manufacturing and financial services.

CENIT Group is composed of CENIT AG, represented at nine office locations across Germany, five international CENIT country representations and six independent subsidiaries. With a total of 29 offices in nine countries as well as partners in additional countries, we are globally present as a Group and are therefore able to maintain geographic proximity to our customers wherever they may be located.
In all, about 900 employees of CENIT AG, CENIT country offices and CENIT subsidiaries collaborate as a global team. We network our expertise to define custom-designed, technologically superior and future-proof solutions for our clients.

The subsidiaries of CENIT Group are independent legal entities which act on their own cognizance. Following an acquisition, they retain their identity, agility and decision-making powers.
