
北京理工大学和钢铁研究总院计划于2024年5月17日北京时间上午10点-12点举行线上线下MICRESS交流会。会上将由Guillaume Boussinot研究员做New possibilities, developments and applications for the software MICRESS的专题讲座。欢迎各位伙伴参加交流。


We will present the new MICPAD version with improved integration of DP MICRESS (display), MICRESS and the example collection. In the talk, some new applications and their corresponding developments within MICRESS will be presented. In particular, this includes applications and features devoted to additive manufacturing, addressing among other problems how to handle the complexity of the thermal field or the consequences of the remelting of newly deposited layers. It includes also more specific applications, like for example permeability calculations which are useful for hot-cracking predictions, a molar volume based phase-field formulation which is needed to address e.g. volume expansion due to graphite formation in cast-iron, or the possibility to address a large diversity of length scales when simulating the process from the liquid down to the eutectoid temperature

Guillaume Boussinot

Guillaume Boussinot来自于德国亚琛工业大学,兼任ACCESS e.V.公司(MICRESS软件)助理研究员。研究主要聚焦于镍基高温合金的弹性相互作用、多相合金斑图形成、相场理论、增材制造斑图形成以及预熔化领域,担任RMP, PRL, PRE, PRMat, PRApplied, Acta Materialia, Computational Materials Science, J. Crystal Growth等期刊的定期审稿人。
